Chairman Remark



The chairman begins the meeting with salam remarks and welcome to the members who present in the meeting.



Minute 1: Opening the Meeting
 Mohd Syazwan bin Shukri as project manage give brief about last week what we done and what we need to do this week.

Minute 2: Group’s Name

• Next Mohammad Azil Muzammil Bin Baharudin as one of the contruction manager told us today discuss about company name and the organization chart.
• The organization chart will regarding everyone major.
• All member give suggestion about company name.

Minute 3: Site Analysis

•  Noratikah Binti Said and Siti Nur Hidayu Binti Zainal present the key plan and the site pelan. Our site have good shading. There are few big tree over there can give good shading to the site.
•  The view also nice this is because the view facing the lake.

Minute 4: Design
 Ng Zhen Wei present his design. The design concept that he apply is swan because there are swan boat at the lake. The shape of the pavilion is similar with golf shape of Sultan Alzan Shan.

Minute 5: Next Meeting

All members agreed that next meeting will be on next coming Sunday 13th November 2015, 9.00 p.m. at DUP
