Chairman Remark

The chairman begins the meeting with Salam remarks and appreciation post to the members who present in the meeting and also to the Studio Master, Mr. Yasser Arab.



Minute 1: Site Analysis

A Short briefing gave by Mr Yasser with help by the leader Mohd Syazwan regarding to the project design and also concept:

•  Mohd Syazwan bin Shukri and the design team prepare the design to Mr Yasser to observe if there any mistakes to be discussed. 
• The disscusion start with the site analysis, to ensure the site design is suitable for the design to be built.
• A few points came out by Mohamad Azil Muzammil and Aida Amalina regarding to the site views improvement and also the examples gave by them from the source of internet.

Action: Mohd Syazwan bin Shukri, Mohamad Azil Muzammil B baharudin,

Aida Amalina Bt Abdul Rahim.


Minute 2: Idea Presentation

• The first idea suggest by the Mr Yasser and agreed by Mohd Syazwan and also Zhen Wei regarding to add the facilities such as parking site for cars, VIP, busses and also for motorcycle.
•  Zhen Wei asked us to think about what are the things that should be added in the site so that the project will much more attract more visitors.

Action: Mohd Syazwan B Shukri and Zhen Wei.



Minute 3: Environmental Elements

•  Team from building Tech came out a few ideas on how to relate the surrounding with the design built such as the used up of technology of solar and water source gain from the rainfall.
•  The interior design group arrange the landscape especially the pathway to the pavillion.
•  Ngui Yeong Yuan present the interior design of the project, and also the basic detailing of the pavillion.

Action: Ngui Yeong Yuan, Lim Xiu Min, Siti Nashariena Noerhana binti Abdul Aziz, Tan Mei Luan

Minute 3: Design Analysis

• All the design team including the architecture, planners and also the interior design decide to find the best design analyis.
• They decide to amend the arrangement of the interior design and also structure

Action: Aida Amalina binti Abd Rahim, Ng Zhen Wei, Ngui Yeong Yuan and

Mohd Syawan b Shukri.

Minute 4: Presentation Flow

•  Mohamad Azil Muzammil B Baharudin did asked Mr Yasser regarding to the flow of the presentation.
• The briefing by Mr Yasser noted by Wan Nur Najwa as it became the reference for the next presentation. 

Action: Mohamad Azil Muzammil b Baharudin and Wan Nur Najwa Safura



Minute 5: Next Meeting

All members agreed that next meeting will be on next coming Thursday, 23th November 2015, 8.00p.m.. at rus104 HBP studio.

The chairman closes the meeting with remarks of thank you to the members who attend the meeting and also to the Studio Master, Mr Yasser Arab.
